I think working is all about communicating and getting along with people in the corresponding sector, which is why we need to understand each other. To do so, one has to be familiar with the language and thought process used in the specific field. With Bio GMP training, I was able to converse with more than 50 people, including those currently working at pharmaceutical firms, professors and others involved in the field, getting tips and advice about employment, that included information on the industry’s trends and technical topics. All this bolstered my chances of getting a job. However, landing a job was a different story. What made it possible was that all relevant staff at the Korea Biotechnology Industry Organization and Daejeon Techno Park and my fellow trainees who motivated me. I sincerely appreciate their persistent help and devotion. Thanks to them, I took the first step into my career. I extend my wholehearted gratitude to them. Thank you very much.

Yoo Jiseon, who is now working at Aprogen

While I tried to get a job in the bio-related field with the help of my major, I had a lot of difficulties since I didn’t have practical knowledge. Then, I had the opportunity to join the “Bio GMP Training” and through the four-month training, I learned a lot. I learned about the bio-industry during the training from hands-on experience, which was one of the most significant benefits for me. I also met other trainees who shared the same goal, and we cheered and motivated each other, creating precious memories during this uncertain period during preparations for employment. Going forward, I will hold onto what I’ve learned during the training and will work hard to become a brilliant worker in the bio-industry. Thank you.
